Welcome to Austin Bloome. This website is operated by Inspired Action Media Pty Ltd, trading as Austin Bloome ("Austin Bloome", "we", "us"). By visiting austinbloome.com or buying something from us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them — they're written to be readable.

If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time by posting changes on this page; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

1. Who can use this store

By using this site you confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live, and that you'll use the site lawfully. You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to transmit malicious code, or to harvest information about others.

2. Our products

We sell dietary supplements, skincare and personal-care products.

They are wellness products, not medicines. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor or other qualified health professional.

Please talk to your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition — and before giving any product to a child. Always read the label. Stop use and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly from what is shown.

3. Ordering, pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We currently sell and ship within the United States only.

We do our best to display our products, descriptions and prices accurately, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders arising from a pricing or listing error, and to refuse or limit any order (including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or bots). If we cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full.

Prices and products may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. A discount code can't be applied after an order is placed.

4. Payment and billing

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers (which may include card payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and pay-over-time services such as Afterpay or Shop Pay Installments). Your use of a pay-over-time service is also governed by that provider's own terms.

5. Shipping and delivery

Our products are made fresh to order and shipped from the USA. Typical timing is 1–5 business days to prepare your order and 5–9 business days in transit, but these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery timing, lost and damaged parcels, and address errors are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Our returns and refunds terms — including our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee — are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your account and personal information

You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically at the stated frequency until you cancel. You can cancel or skip an upcoming order at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges but doesn't refund orders already processed (the Refund Policy applies to those as normal).

9. Our content

Everything on this site — text, images, graphics, logos and layout — belongs to Austin Bloome or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. User submissions

If you send us reviews, comments, photos, suggestions or other material (whether we asked for them or not), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, edit and publish that material in any medium. You confirm your submissions are yours, are accurate, and don't infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, defamatory or obscene content. We may remove or edit submissions at our discretion. We're under no obligation to keep submissions confidential.

11. Third-party links and tools

The site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools we neither control nor endorse. We're not responsible for third-party content, products or services, and any use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

We don't guarantee that your use of the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results from using any product will meet your expectations — bodies differ, and individual results vary. Except as set out in the Refund Policy and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Austin Bloome, its directors, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, or, where the law allows us to, to re-supplying the product. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you — nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Austin Bloome and its affiliates, officers and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver of it.

16. Termination

These terms are effective until terminated. We may stop providing the site (or refuse service) to anyone at any time; obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive it.

17. Governing law

These terms, and any sale made through this site, are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. This choice of law doesn't deprive you of mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.
