Warm-weather arrivals
Tallow balms are natural fats and can soften above 85°F in transit. If yours arrives soft, pop it in the fridge for an hour — it returns to its whipped self, completely unharmed.
Changed your mind on the address?
Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before preparation begins. Once a parcel ships, the address can't be changed.
Lost or damaged?
If tracking stalls for more than 5 days or your order arrives damaged, email us — we'll replace it or refund you. You'll never be left chasing a carrier alone.
