100-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Give it a genuine go. If it is not for you, email us and we will refund the product price — there is nothing to post back.

All three are made in the USA and third-party tested, with a batch Certificate of Analysis on file. Two things we will not claim: GMP, because the two serums are not covered by a current facility certificate; and active percentages, because our supplier has not released them.

What's inside

Three steps, in this order.

Thinnest to thickest, which is the only rule that really matters in skincare. Vitamin C first on clean skin, hyaluronic acid while it is still damp, moisturiser to hold both in.

The ritual

Ninety seconds, before the day starts.

A few drops of vitamin C, a few of hyaluronic acid while your skin is still damp, then the moisturiser over the top. If you are going outside afterwards, sunscreen goes last — vitamin C and sun exposure do not mix well.

Hyaluronic Acid Serum bottle, Austin Bloome
The particulars

What we know, and what we do not.

Sizes and directions come off the bottles. The active percentages do not, because our supplier has not released them — so rather than print a number that sounds right, this section tells you what is actually missing.

  • 3 Steps, in a fixed order — vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, moisturiser. Thinnest to thickest.
  • 30 ml In each serum bottle (1 fl oz), used a few drops at a time on clean, dry skin.
  • 50 ml Of the copper complex moisturiser (1.7 fl oz), a dime-sized amount massaged into face and neck.
  • 0 Active percentages we will quote. Not because they are low — because we have asked and not been given them. A number we cannot substantiate is worth less to you than this sentence.
Questions, answered

The rest of it.

What order do these go on in?
  • Vitamin C Serum — first, a small amount on clean dry skin.
  • Hyaluronic Acid Serum — next, while the skin is still slightly damp. Hyaluronic acid pulls water in, so it works better on damp skin than bone-dry skin.
  • Copper Complex Moisturizer — last, a dime-sized amount over face and neck.

If you wear sunscreen, it goes on after all three.

Why will you not tell me the vitamin C percentage?

Because we do not know it. Our supplier has not released the active percentages for these formulas, and we have asked. Every competitor number you have seen on a bottle came from a brand that either manufactures its own formula or was given the spec — we are in neither position on these three yet.

We would rather lose the sale than print a percentage we cannot stand behind. When we get the specs, they will go on this page.

What testing has actually been done?

All three are made in the USA and third-party tested, with a batch Certificate of Analysis on file. We will send you any of them if you ask. Two caveats:

  • Copper Complex Moisturizer — made in a facility with a current third-party certificate (ISO 22716 and 21 CFR Part 111), and tested both in-house and third-party.
  • Vitamin C Serum and Hyaluronic Acid Serum — their facility certificate lapsed in April 2026, and the certificates we hold are older documents that predate any lot shipping now. Third-party tested, but not currently GMP-covered, and not batch-current.

That is why the badges above stop where they do.

Is this safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

These are topical rather than ingested, which is a lower-risk category — but ask someone who knows your history first, particularly about the copper peptides. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

What if it does not do anything for me?

Email us and we refund the product price. It applies after 21 days of consistent use, once per product, and covers the product price rather than shipping. There is nothing to post back.

You have 100 days from delivery to decide. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.

Can I subscribe instead of reordering?

Not yet. When we can do it properly we will, and it will be a real saving rather than a checkbox. Until then this is a one-time purchase with free shipping.
